How to use body language in business and life

We all live periods dominated by challenges and competition which forces us to have a new vision about SELF (who we  really are).

I think we need a vision which have the power to create passion, inspiration and trust in the  relations with others. I think we need nonverbal intelligence!

Many times, it happens that when we want to transmit a message we would be betrayed by our own body. By our unconscious gestures, which we are not always aware!

Nonverbal intelligence which I promote and teach in my courses means to be authentic, to have charisma and to transmit self confidence.

Arms position, hands, posture, clothes, gestures are like a true “business card” of  us and we constantly present ourselves in front of the others without using words.

Which are the nonverbal signs that define you? I wait for your answers below.
